I'm Hassan Nouman, a registered REALTOR® with Cityscape Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage, based in Mississauga and serving the entire GTA, Golden Horseshoe, Niagara Region, and the Guelph-KW-Cambridge corridor.
I specialize in two things: helping first-time home buyers get into their first property with confidence, and helping real estate investors build cash-flowing portfolios across Ontario. Two specialties, both done well.
My approach is simple: I send you the data, walk you through your options in plain English, and let you decide. If a deal doesn't make sense, I'll tell you. If you're not ready to buy, I'll tell you that too. My goal isn't to close one transaction with you - it's to be your realtor for the next decade.

You'll find me with my dog. Real estate is a relationship business - it should feel like working with a friend who happens to be a deeply knowledgeable professional, not a transaction with a salesperson.
I live and work in Mississauga, know the GTA cold, and can drive you anywhere from Welland to Waterloo for the right property. I answer my own phone (no call centre, no junior agents) and reply to texts within minutes during business hours.
