When you're ready to start touring, we sign a standard Buyer Representation Agreement that includes the cashback amount in writing. This is required by RECO/TRESA before I can show you any property.

Cashback on closing

On or shortly after closing day, the brokerage cuts you a cheque from the trust account for the full cashback amount tied to your purchase price tier.

Common questions about the cashback program

It comes from my (Hassan's) portion of the standard real estate commission paid by the seller. I am simply choosing to give a portion of my commission back to you as a thank-you for choosing me as your realtor. The cashback is paid through Cityscape Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage's trust account by cheque, fully accounted for and tax-receipted.

Cashback program terms

Buyer cashback is offered by Hassan Nouman (Cityscape Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage) and paid from the agent's portion of commission via the brokerage trust account on or after closing. New buyer clients of Hassan Nouman, Cityscape Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. Paid by cheque from the brokerage's trust account on or after closing. The cashback amount must be disclosed in the Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) signed with Hassan Nouman prior to viewing properties. Excluded transactions: Pre-construction assignments and direct-from-builder purchases where commission is non-standard; Properties under $500,000; Lease/rental transactions; Transactions where the buyer is also the listing agent's client (dual representation); Transactions cancelled or terminated before closing for any reason; Any property where the cooperating commission is below the brokerage minimum. Not combinable with any other promotional offer. Subject to brokerage policy and may be revised or discontinued at any time.
