Official Contest Rules

The 2026 Refer a Friend Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Hassan Nouman, REALTOR® — Cityscape Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage (the "Sponsor").

Open to legal residents of the Province of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and the Sponsor's brokerage, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Contest begins on January 1, 2026 and ends on December 19, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the Contest Period to be eligible. The Contest runs annually, with a new Contest Period beginning on January 1 of each calendar year.

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods feed into the same entry pool.

Method 1 — Referral Entry: Visit hassann.ca/refer, complete the referral entry form, and submit. You must (a) provide accurate information about yourself, (b) provide accurate information about the person you are referring, (c) confirm that you have the referred person's permission to share their information, and (d) agree to these Official Contest Rules and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Each qualifying referral submission will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

Method 2 — No Purchase Necessary Entry: Visit hassann.ca/refer#no-purchase, complete the alternate entry form with your first name, last name, email, phone, and city, and agree to these Official Contest Rules and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Each qualifying alternate entry will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. No referral of any other person is required for this method of entry.

An entrant may submit multiple referral entries during the Contest Period, but each referral submission must concern a different referred person. Duplicate referrals concerning the same referred person from the same referrer in the same Contest Period will be rejected. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cap the total number of entries from any single entrant per Contest Period to prevent abuse. Mass entries, scripted entries, and entries generated by bots, macros, or any other automated means are not permitted and will be disqualified.

One (1) prize will be awarded. One (1) prize of a CAD $500 gift card to a major Canadian retailer of the winner's choosing (selected from a list provided by the Sponsor).

Approximate retail value (ARV): CAD $500. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and may not be substituted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

On December 20, 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM ET at Cityscape Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage — Mississauga, ON, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Before being declared the winner and as a condition of receiving the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided by any mechanical or electronic device, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time limit will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor will draw an alternate potential winner.

The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information they provided at the time of entry, within seven (7) days of the draw date. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within ten (10) days of the first notification attempt, fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, declines the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to draw an alternate potential winner.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest, contact entrants in connection with their entry, and, where the entrant has expressly opted in, to send marketing communications. Personal information of referred persons will be used only to contact the referred person regarding their potential real estate interest. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). The Sponsor maintains an audit log of all entries, including IP address, user agent, consent version, and individual consent values, for the purpose of defending the integrity of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry the Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, duplicate, non-consensual, made in bad faith, or otherwise in violation of these Official Contest Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any factor impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Contest is in no way conditioned on, and is not to be construed as compensation for, the completion of any real estate transaction. By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

Entrants agree that the Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Void where prohibited by law.
