Pre-construction lets you lock in a price today on a property that won't close for 2-5 years, with deposits structured over time instead of up-front. The right pre-con play can deliver strong returns through assignment, appreciation, or hold-and-rent. The wrong one ties up your deposits in an underperforming market. I'm selective about which projects I recommend, and I have platinum access on multiple GTA, Hamilton, and Niagara projects.
